Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Since many of our products are custom molded, cancellations after production has started will incur a fee.
Refunds are only issued in the event of a manufacturing defect. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return and refund process. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from the factory. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@dmflexs.com and send your item to our facility address.
To return your product, you should mail your product to our physical address in Jaipur. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
